Get fighting fit without getting hit!! TribePUNCH™ is unique to TRIBE Team Training™, it is the only program we genuinely teach a sport (Boxing and Kickboxing). Every season is designed around the fighting style of a Feature Fighter ensuring you are not only learning multiple boxing / kickboxing styles and techniques but the history of the sport as well. Don’t worry about turning up to work with a black eye, although you will learn and apply legitimate fighting skills, it is not open sparring. Basically it is open season on the CoachJJ
Every training session members will learn 3-­‐4 defensive techniques and 3-­‐4 striking techniques, this will then be built into the Combo of the day. Each day of the season you will learn new defensive and offensive techniques along with combos that layer on top of each to build into the feature fighter Combo. Each member will have 2 full “Rounds” with the PUNCH Coach during the workout to consolidate skills learnt and the Combo of the day.
We all know fighters are some of the fittest athletes in the world and TribePUNCH™ replicates this training style making you fit, lean and strong. After the lesson component the conditioning begins. During the “Rounds” of conditioning each member will be asked to score their reps each round. This leads to a Champion of the day, which leads to a Season Champ! Let the contenders begin!
