Group Classes
With over 70 classes per week, we offer cardio, strength, cycling and mind body group fitness classes 7 days a week! Never miss a workout with easy signup using our Sun Oaks app.

Small Group Trainings
Where Group Fitness and Personal Training combine! Get the energy of a group with the added benefit of one on one coaching. We offer several different programs all year long!

Swimming
With 3 pools we have plenty of room for swimmers! Our popular Sun Oaks Swim School runs lessons year round. Our new heated dome keeps our outdoor pool warm in the winter months. The indoor lap pool is open for lane reservations and our kiddie pool is open for our littles each summer!

Childcare & Kids Activities
We offer up to 2 hours of complimentary childcare for children 6 months to 9 years each day for our members. We also have monthly Kids Night Out, weekly Kids Rec programs as well as swim, tennis and summer camp!

Personal Training and Nutrition
Our certified Personal Training staff is ready to help you get started on the path towards your fitness goals. With a multitude of different trainers we promise you will find the perfect workout partner for you! Ask them about our Nutrition program.

Tennis
We currently have 7 outdoor tennis courts and 3 indoor tennis courts. Our Junior and Adult programs run year round with tournaments, mixers and events going on each month to keep you engaged. We offer a complimentary Learn to Play adult class for beginners. We also offer Pickleball on the weekends!
