Senior Fitness Classes
Welcome to Sun Oaks Senior Fitness!! Our wonderful instructors are ready to get you moving, create community and have fun! Join one of our classes!
Chair Fit – Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00am
Recovering from surgery? Need support for balance? Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily health! A chair is used for seated and/or standing assistance when needed. Bring water, wear tennis shoes and comfy clothes.
Senior Fitness – Monday through Thursday at 10:15am
Move it and improve it with functional fitness for seniors. Focus on your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, coordination and strength. Shake off the rust and oil those parts for a healthier lifestyle. This class will require getting down and up from the floor. Bring water, wear some sort of tennis shoe and comfy clothes. – Basketball Court
