When is the membership department available?
Our membership team is available 7 days a week.
One of our sales staff is available during the following days and times:
- Monday – Thursday 8:30am-7:30pm
- Friday – 9am-5pm
- Saturday – 10am-4pm
No appointment is needed. You can drop on by if you have a question, would like a tour, or are ready to become a member of Sun Oaks!

What are the lifeguard hours?
During the summer a lifeguard is on duty daily from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. No children under age 14 may swim without an adult (18+) in DIRECT supervision of children, unless a lifeguard is on duty. Children ages 6 and older who can swim on their own may swim under a lifeguard’s supervision. Children 6-7 years of age must have a parent at the club during lifeguard swim or be enrolled in summer camp.
Hot Tub- Children under the age of 14 must have an adult sitting at the hot tub in direct supervision.
Toddler Pool– Supervising parents must be inside the pool fence.
Diaper Policy– If a child is not completely toilet trained, he/she must wear a “non-disposable” swim diaper. (County Health Code)
Please no playing or hanging on the lane lines and handicap lift.
- Monday –Thursday: 1pm-7:00pm
- Friday & Saturday: 1:30pm-7pm
- Sunday: 2pm-7pm
