Group Blast, Group Active, R30, and Group Ride all offer heart pumping cardio workouts designed for all levels.

Group Power and Group Active give you opportunities to build muscle tone and increase overall strength.

Our Group Ride, R30 and freestyle Cycling workouts will each take you on different paths to get great looking legs.

Our Group Centergy and Group Yoga workouts enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.

Attending Group Fitness - what you need to know!

 

  • Make a reservation to secure a spot in the class you wish to attend.
  • You may sign-up 49 hours in advance.  Have you downloaded the Sun Oaks app?
  • Do not sign-up for a class unless you plan to stay for the entire time. Do not try to put your equipment away while class is in progress. This can cause a safety issue and interfere with other participants. For this reason we ask that you stay until the end of class. If you need to leave early please do so between tracks before the cooldown/stretch so other participants aren’t disturbed and leave your equipment.
  • We have built 15 minutes between classes for instructors and members to clean up and prepare for the next class. This time is for Group Fitness participants ONLY.
  • To ensure your safety and the safety of others you will be required to wipe down your equipment and return it to the designated areas after class ends.
  • Enter the Group Fitness building through the north hallway door and exit through the east door at the front of the studio. This way we can avoid a traffic jam in the hallway between classes.
  • If you are early for your class, wait for the instructor finishing their class to invite you in.
  • Station locations are marked on the floor on a first come – first serve basis. This is your home base and allows safe movement in all directions during class.
  • No saving spots or setting up for others.
  • Attendance will be checked before class. Spots will be given away to those waiting at this time.
  • Sign-ups are for those 16 and older. If space is available members 14 or 15 may attend with instructor approval.
  • No entry allowed once class starts.  This is for the safety of all participants. 
  • Please cancel your reservation if you aren’t able to attend class to allow participants on the waitlist to be notified a spot has become available.
  • For the comfort of others avoid wearing heavy perfumes or oils to class.
  • HAVE FUN!
