All athletes from any sport can up their game with our Speed and Performance program! Agility, strength and SPEED!

Speed and Performance is a summer youth program designed to get kids of all ages and various sports levels and interest to move, try new things, and have fun! Everything from boxing and cycling to pool workouts,  relay team building and some good ole speed and conditioning! 

Session Dates

  • 8/19 – 8/31 (abbreviated session)
  • 9/3 – 9/28
  • 9/30 – 10/26
  • 10/28 – 11/23 (no workouts 11/25-11/30)
  • 12/2 – 12/19 (abbreviated session)

High School Sessions
Monday and Wednesday at 4:30pm

Daily $9/member $10/non-member
Summer $65/member $70/non-member
