Speed & Performance | Redding Gym

All athletes from any sport can up their game with our Speed and Performance program! Agility, strength and SPEED!

Speed and Performance is a summer youth program designed to get kids of all ages and various sports levels and interest to move, try new things, and have fun! Everything from boxing and cycling to pool workouts,  relay team building and some good ole speed and conditioning! 

Come try us for a day, a 3 week session, or sign up for the whole summer and let the savings and fun begin!”

  • June 11th – June 25th
  • July 2nd – July 18th *no training July 4th
  • July 23rd – August 8th

Level 1 (ages 10-13)
Tuesday and Thursday 1:30-2:30pm
Indoor Tennis Courts

Level 2 (High School)
Tuesday and Thursday 12:00-1:00pm

Daily $9/member $10/non-member
Summer $115/member $130/non-member
