Sign Up


  1. Write down your goals for your 60 days of activity (first 30 and second 30) 
  2. Drink 8 – 8 ounce glasses of water today
  3. Do a strength training workout
  4. Do a cardio training workout
  5. Try a class you have never done before
  6. Play a game of tennis or attend Group Tennis
  7. Get in your 20,000 steps
  8. Try any group cycling class
  9. Try Group Power or Group Active
  10. Try Zumba, Group Blast or Group Fight
  11. Try any yoga or Group Centergy class
  12. Bring a friend to workout
  13. Measure and log your food for 1 day – be honest with yourself!
  14. Try any BootCamp one day on us!
  15. Give a review on FaceBook
  16. Post a picture on FaceBook or Instagram and share!  Tag @sunoaks and use #sunoaks
  17. Be a vegetarian for a day
  18. Share your favorite healthy recipe.  If you do so online make sure to tag us! 
  19. Do something outside – walk, hike, garden
  20. Try gluten free for a day
  21. Try dairy free for a day
  22. Take your measurements or get a Styku 3D Body Scan
  23. Rest! – Get a Massage or practice meditation
  24. Try any Aqua fitness workout or swim laps
  25. Hit the weight room for a Total Body Workout
  26. Try a new cardio machine
  27. Try sugar free for a day
  28. Try intermittent fasting
  29. Weigh yourself
  30. Track your activities for one day

    I’m unable to sign up. I searched everywhere and couldn’t find the winter activity challenge 60 days. I’ll come in and sign up tomorrow.

    Hello my name is Maggie Peterson, I forgot to bring my paperwork for the 60 day challenge in on the 19th, I asked if I could turn it in on the 20th instead and the front desk person said yes. Please don’t choose a winner until I get my paperwork in. I’ll try to have my husband drop it off in the morning on 3/20. Thank you
