With sports and school canceled this fall, we want to keep our city’s youth moving and active.
TribeKIDS8-13 year olds
Healthy and Confident
- TribeKIDS™ involves exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do as their bodies grow – pull, push, run, jump, throw, climb and lift. Workouts incorporate athletic drills for coordination and agility, strength and stamina exercises as well as teamwork games and challenges. Coaches will motivate and coach our kids every step of the way encouraging our kids to new levels of fitness, strength and confidence.

Strong and Fit
- Sportcon is designed to develop strength, mobility, and quickness skills in high school athletes. Utilizing strength training, power skills, plyo work and conditioning, coaches will guide participants through workouts full of athletic skill training for many different sports or for those high school age kids that just want to participate and stay active.
