JV8-13 year olds
Healthy and Confident
- Our SportCon JV Class will focus on athletic development centered around teamwork.
- Groups and pairs will be working side by side to develop and encourage each other while training. Our focus as coaches will be to stretch your young athlete in new and creative ways, and have fun while doing it!
- Ages 8-13
- Tuesday/Thursday 1:30-2:30
Strong and Fit
- SportCon Varsity Class focuses primarily on high physical and mental toughness. Session 1 will focus on stability, injury prevention, and plyometrics, 2 will focus on strength & power, and 3 is designed to stretch all the athletes physically & mentally. Designed for every type of athlete, both new and seasoned. It will test the mental toughness of the next generation.
- Ages 14-18
- Mon-Thurs @ 4pm & 5pm
Tuesdays 3:45-4:30 (ages 3-4)
Wednesdays 3:45-4:30 (ages 5-7)
Thursdays 3:45-4:30 (ages 4-7)
