HIGH SCHOOL
$100/session
- Coaches will run high school aged athletes through multiple varieties of training to ensure well rounded health and altheticism. Workouts will include; strength training, HIIT, cycling, nutrition, yoga, circuit training and games.
- 3 week sessions or $40/week. $12 daily drop in fee.
- Monday – Thursday 3:00-4:00pm
Youth Training
$100/session
- Atheletes and Non-athletes 8 and up are welcome to join us for our Youth Training! Each week participants will experience HIIT Workouts, Circuit Workouts, Tabata Workouts and Games designed for younger athletes. Stay active and fit all summer between sports seasons!
- 3 week sessions or $40/week. $12 daily drop in fee.
- Monday- Thursday 1:30-2:30
Enrolled in Junior Tennis this summer? Add Youth Sports Training to your session for just $85 for 3 weeks!
Drop Ins $12 per day. Please check with coach for space and availability.
