Varsity14-18 year olds
- Are you up for a challenge? SportCon Varsity Class focuses primarily on high physical and mental toughness. We will focus on stability, injury prevention, and plyometrics. Along with strength and power, SportCon is designed to stretch all the athletes physically and mentally. Designed for every type of athlete, both new and seasoned. Be prepared to learn how to grind!

JV8-13 year olds
- Our SportCon JV Class will focus on athletic development centered around teamwork.
- Groups and pairs will be working side by side to develop and encourage each other while training. Our focus as coaches will be to stretch your young athlete in new and creative ways, and have fun while doing it!
