Kama believes exercise and healthy eating are the keys to success-success in health, success in weight management and success in life. Kama tries to incorporate both into her own life, and she enjoys helping others discover their own success. Kama enjoys being able to connect with people in her group fitness classes and personal training. She loves being able to be a healthy part of their day. Kama enjoys seeing the strength and determination in each client’s journey. Kama believes each client has a different story to tell and a different path to follow, and she enjoys being a part of the journey and the outcome. Kama is an AFAA certified personal trainer and teaches multiple MOSSA group fitness classes. In her spare time, she enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her family.
