“The Studio” at Sun Oaks
Jamie-“I believe yoga can show us what our bodies are capable of and what we can do to take care of our bodies. Yoga is a practice that allows for individual differences while building a community of acceptance and caring. This workout is all about breathing, moving, stretching, and smiling. Yoga Flow provides accessible yoga sequences while building strength and mindfulness. In class we share a practice that can help you care for your own body and its unique needs.”

Thank you to each and every one of you girls! You have taught me all that you know about the healing powers of yoga and because of that I am blessed in being able to “Let IT Go” and “Just Being”.
If it were not for Sun Oaks & the staff I would not have come thru the fire as calm as I am 🙂
I see the 3 yoga teachers, is there a description of the 3 yoga classes?
Hi Carolyn! You can check out our Group Fitness Schedule to see the descriptions and times of our yoga classes.
Can you tell me the difference between yoga flow, bliss and fire.
Thank you.
Cheryl
Hello Cheryl! You can check out our Group Fitness Schedule to see the differences between the classes.
am considering starting a Yoga program. my spouse attends the facility thru the Silver Sneakers Program of AARP. I am interested in a beginning Yoga program for myself. Needing some strength and toning as well as some “personal quiet time”!
I am interested in hot yoga. Do You have any male clients? I am a senior in good shape. I work out regularly but am very tight. Thanks C
